This is pure genius in the concept! I got a few critiques at hand here:

-One is that you need to fix the left leg a bit. It's slightly shorter than the right leg. Then it'll be flawless indeed!

-Two is that you need to make the tongue a tad bit longer so it reaches to the ground but also make it redder.

-Three is that the body is too stick thin, you need to add some fat in the drawing.

-And four, make the head BIGGER! Then it'll stand out indeed.

But apart from that, a masterpiece indeed.

I have never, ever seen such drawing. You must have graceful hands with the mouse! Why, this piece is so fuckin' beautiful, that I am shedding tears of failure because I am so envious of your talent. Everybody should bow down to you because you beat all of the masters of art. This piece would make Da Vinci, Picasso, Dali, Donatello, Michelangelo, and every other artists existing pick up gun and put a bullet through their head because they are so jealous of this brutally awesome masterpiece. The anatomy is so fuckin' pure perfection, and so is that tongue!

Oh my goodness, the words above his head! The words sound extremely poetic, that it gives greta emotional impact to my feelings. It is much more beautiful than the lyrics from H.I.M, Evanescence, and such!
